30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — including simple change of mind. This applies to every e-book in our catalogue.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt, or contact us through our contact details and we will raise it for you.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer, and is typically 3–10 business days after approval.

After a refund

Once a refund is issued, your licence to the refunded e-book ends and it is removed from your library. Please delete any downloaded copies.
